Four Arrested On Drug Charges By Metro Crime Unit

Paris, Tenn.—Four persons were arrested on drug charges in Paris Friday night following Metro Crime Unit operation.
 
Paris Police Investigator Derrek Colley told WENK/WTPR on Saturday that a search warrant was executed at 739 Salem Circle around 8 p.m. Friday night. Two distraction devices were utilized by officers to gain entry into the home.
 
Four persons were arrested: Candace Patterson, 739 Salem Circle; Joseph Loog, 716 Memorial, Paris; Jeremy Vetzel, 414 Memorial Drive; and Amber Hammock, Jackson.
All were charged with a variety of drug charges involving meth and marijuana, as well as drug paraphernalia possession.
 
Bond for Loog and Hammock were set at $20,000 each; and for Patterson and Vetzel at $1,000. All are still in the Henry Co. Jail as of Saturday afternoon.
 
Officers from the Paris Police, Henry Co. Sheriff’s Office and Puryear Police participated in the execution of the search warrant.
