Paris, Tenn.—Former Harlem Globetrotter Valentino Willis plays a bit of basketball with Student Noah Hulbert at today’s presentation at Henry County High School. Willis—also known as “Captain Magic”—spoke to the students about being respectful to each other and to their parents and teachers and staying alcohol and drug free. He emphasized, “Knowledge is power” and incorporated his basketball techniques into his program. The presentation was financed through a Plus Endowment grant earned by Counselors Callie Blount and Amanda Armstrong. Willis travels across the United States with his message.
