Big Sandy, Tenn.–Memorial Services for Mr. Kenneth Waters age 81, of Big Sandy, TN, will be Saturday, May 5, 2018, 2pm at Cedar Grove Church of Christ with Brother Randy Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12pm until service time at 2pm. Mr. Waters passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was born November 20, 1936, in Big Sandy, TN to the late Dalton Waters and Era Brewer. He was a member of Cedar Grove Church of Christ. Mr. Waters was very active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for Benton County Co-op, Tax Assessors and Farm Bureau. He was also active in the F.S.A., Soil Conservation, and a Livestock Judge.
