Paris, Tenn.—Workers with Kissel Entertainment were busy Monday setting up the rides for the carnival which will begin Tuesday at the World’s Biggest Fish Fry. Fish Fry organizers have their fingers crossed for good weather this week, although predictions are for sporadic rainfall. The carnival is set up at the Henry County Fairgrounds and will follow this schedule: April 24-26, 5-11 p.m.; April 27-28, 11 a.m. to midnight and April 29 1-6 p.m. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
