Paris, Tenn.–Beginning Monday, April 23, the Paris Board of Public Utilities will be relocating our downtown office for a remodeling project.
During the remodeling project, BPU will move its office across the street from its downtown main headquarters and next to Perkins Drugs. The temporary location is 100 E. Washington St, located on the corner of E. Washington St. and N. Poplar St. (former Renaissance Boutique).
During the project, the payment kiosk and payment drop-box in the lot beside the office will remain available to its customers. BPU officials said, “We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.”
As WENK/WTPR previously reported, renovation of the BPU offices has been planned since September to provide better security, improved customer service and better internal proficiency.
