RSVP For Upcoming Small Business Program

Paris, Tenn.–The Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce is set to host its next Grub Club featuring “Staying Relevant to Your Customer/Small Business Resources” with Landy Fuqua. She will be at the Chamber of Commerce from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, April 19th. Lunch will be provided.

Every small business must evolve and adapt to stay relevant to their customer base. Doing business the same old way is a business looking to fail. Business owners must change with the times and be more engaged with their customers instead of ‘just selling’ their product or services. Engaging with customers encourages a sense of trust and a positive relationship. Landy Fuqua, Director of the Small Business Development Center at the UT Martin REED Center will be presenting a program “Staying Relevant to Your Customer” to provide a few ideas on how to adapt to the every changing business environment.

“We are thrilled to bring the knowledge and available resources to Henry County and to have Landy share her expertise to our community,” according to Travis McLeese, Executive Director of the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce.

There is no cost to attend the event and it is open to the public, but will require an RSVP to attend. Please email RSVP to knorwood@paristnchamber.com. The Chamber of Commerce is located at 2508 East Wood Street in Paris. For more information call (731) 642-3431.
