Paris, Tennessee– The fifth-grade class of Paris Elementary School could be seen tinikling, “Sweatin’ to the Oldies”, dancing the “Cotton Eye Joe”, playing scooter soccer and pogo basketball, jumping rope, hula hooping, and cup stacking this week. These are just a few of the skills they have learned under the guidance of PE teacher, Ginny Hudson over the three years they have attended PES. This annual program is lead by Mrs. Hudson with the help of other special-area and fifth-grade teachers. Countless hours go into practicing for the production which is presented to the children’s families to highlight the various activities that are available to their children through the school’s PE classes.
