Paris, Tenn.—Kick-off fundraisers have been set for the campaigns of Henry County Mayor Brent Greer and his challenger, Garry Phillips.
Greer’s kick-off event will be held from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, at the Enoch Building at the Henry County Fairgrounds. BBQ and all the trimmings will be served. Mayor Greer will speak at 6 p.m. Long-time Mayor Greer is running as an Independent.
Phillips’ kick-off event will be held from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, April 12, at the Owens Event Center (in Lakeway Circle). BBQ, hamburgers, hot dogs will be served. Phillips will outline his plan for ‘a new direction’. Introduction by Clay Phillips. Phillips is running on the Republican ticket.
