MCKENZIE, Tenn. – Bethel Women’s Soccer Coach Misty Aird was in a serious car accident Saturday afternoon around 1 p.m. She was airlifted to The Med in Memphis where she underwent surgery. At last report, she was listed in serious condition. Aird’s in-laws were killed in the accident.
Bethel University officials asked the public, “Please pray for Misty, her husband Matt and the entire family. Matt lost his parents in the accident. Daughter Gracie was injured but at last report was not in serious condition.”
Bethel President Walter Butler asked all to pray. “I ask that all please be praying for Misty, Matt, Gracie, and their entire family. They need our prayers lifting them up to the Great Physician.”
