Paris, Tenn.—Workmen from Quality Construction Co. were busy Wednesday performing the difficult task of placing trusses on the new cafeteria at the Rhea School in Paris. They delayed it from Monday due to high winds and rain and the weather finally cooperated Wednesday. Project Supervisor Mike Brown said the ongoing building project at Rhea will be completed at the end of the summer. “We’ve missed 45 working days since September due to weather. Originally, we were hoping to be done in June,” he said. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
