Union City, Tenn.—Lawn and garden equipment was stolen from a shop in Union City.
Several pieces of equipment were taken from a shop at 407 N. Home St. between the first of the year and Thursday when it was checked on by the owner. The back door of the shop had been kicked in. The owner estimated the value at some $5,505.
Taken was a mower, several saws, several blowers, a compressor and hose, trimmers, a Dewalt tool kit which included several pieces of equipment and batteries and chargers.
