Paris, Tenn.—Students in the Paris Special Schools District enjoyed a special sneak preview of “Mark Twain Himself” today at the Krider Performing Arts Center (KPAC). Richard Garey performed snippets of the presentation he will be bringing KPAC Saturday night and students also heard the PSSD String Orchestra with Dan Knowles of Paris on the banjo.
“Mark Twain Himself” will be presented at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at KPAC to benefit the Lee Academy for the Arts in Paris. Also appearing on stage will be Knowles, the PSSD String Orchestra and the Shepherd Family.
Tickets are $15 and are available now at Lee School, Merison’s Furniture, Jack Jones Flowers, Paris Landing Security Bank, the Downtown Paris Association and at the door. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
