UC Police Seek Help On New Trailer Theft

By Shannon McFarlin WENK/WTPR News Director

Union City, Tenn.—The Union City Police are again seeking the public’s help in recovering still another stolen trailer—involving the same suspects.

Investigator Derrick O’Dell posted on the department’s Facebook page, “Your shares and help worked so well on our last stolen trailer, we would like to ask for help with this one sold by the same pair of suspects.”

The department posted a photo of the latest stolen trailer—which is also posted on the WENK/WTPR website and both Facebook pages.

O’Dell said, “If you purchased this trailer from Amanda Pendleton please contact me via Facebook Message or Union City Police Department. If purchased, you may have dealt with a black male. The trailer has been entered into the National Crime Data Base. If it is not turned in and you are caught with it, you can be charged with a Felony Crime. Help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.”
O’Dell posted information on another trailer stolen earlier this week and it since has been recovered.
