Six Arrested In Two Weakley Co. Searches Wednesday

Dresden, Tenn.—The Weakley Co. Sheriff’s Office has been busy today, executing search warrants that resulted in the arrest of six people on drug possession charges. Deputies also seized a large amount of meth in the searches. In one of the searches, at 548 W. Main Street in Dresden, three people were arrested and 3 ½ ounches of meth was seized. According to Captain Randall McGowan, that much meth would have a street value of $9,000.
 
The first search warrant was executed at 8 a.m. at the Len Haven Motel in Martin, where meth and marijuana were recovered along with digital scales. Three people renting the room were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of meth with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators from the Martin Police assisted.
 
Arrested in that search were George Everett Seaton, age 37, of Old Trent Dresden Rd., in Bradford; Kenny Lee Hayes, age 37, of Fulton, Ky.; and Jessica Lee McGraw, age 35 of Volunteer Drive in Martin. Seaton also had an arrest warrant from Gibson Co. over back child support.
 
At 10 a.m., deputies executed a warrant at 548 W. Main St. in Dresden, recovering the 3 ½ ounces of meth, along with a small amount of marijuana, digital scales, drug pipes and $1,171 in cash.
 
A Toyota car was also seized. Dresden Police assisted in the search.
 
Three people were arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
Arrested were Jennifer Lee Perez, age 38, who lived at that address; Anna Marie Doster, age 36, also living there; and Cordney Deon Booker, age 31, of K Street in Dresden. Perez also was charged with possession of marijuana.
