Benton, Ky.–The Marshall County Grand Jury will be opening its investigation Tuesday into the Marshal County High School shooting two weeks ago that resulted in the death of two students and multiple injuries. A student is being held in the shootings.
According to a press release from the Kentucky State Police, no information will be available to the public Tuesday.
If the grand jury returns an indictment, the defendant will be arraigned in Marshall County Circuit Court at a date and time to be determined by Circuit Judge Jamie Jameson.
