Paris, Tenn.—The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a break-in at a Paris convenience store that left $3,500 worth of damage
Deputy Stacey Bostwick responded to the call from JB’s Express Mart early Sunday morning. JB’s is located at the Hwy. 218 and Hwy 69 A intersection.
It was determined that someone cut a hole in the back wall of the building, as well as cutting through metal, to enter the store at 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
According to the report, surveillance footage showed the suspect wearing camo clothing with a light-colored hoodie underneath the camo jacket. He also was wearing a ski mask and pair of gloves and his pants were wet from the knees down.
Apparently, the suspect was only inside the building for a few seconds and left without taking anything.
