Union City, Tenn.—A reception will be held this afternoon for JoAnn Speer, long-time manager of the Everett Stewart Regional Airport. Speer is resigning to accept another position.
The reception will be held from 2-4 p.m. at the airport, located at 1489 Airport Circle in Union City.
