Work Tools Stolen From Company Truck

 
Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police are investigating the theft of tools from the back of a company truck late Saturday night.
Police responded to the Hospitality House at 1221 W. Reelfoot Ave. at 6 a.m. Sunday on the theft report. The complainant said he and his crew from D&F Equipment from Crossville, Ala., finished working and loaded their tools in the back of the truck Saturday night.
When he checked on the vehicle again at 5 a.m. Sunday, the tools were missing. Approximate total value of the missing items is $1,300. Union City Police will be checking with local pawnshops today.
