Camden, Tenn.—As a public service, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office handed out information regarding identity theft, texting and driving, gun locks and other areas of interest at the Big Sandy Basketball game and had fun at the same time. Sheriff Kenny Christopher also taught the kids—and a few adults—the proper way to wear a mustache and posed for photos with people wearing fake mustaches. Deputies also handed out information pamphlets on drugs that are prevalent in our area. Sheriff Christopher said such programs can open the lines of communication between parents and their children to be aware and informed. (Benton County SO photo).
