Paris, Tenn.—The Lifeline Bloodmobile has an urgent need for all blood type donors from O positive to A negative to come to the blood drive Thursday, Feb. 1, at the First United Methodist Church in Paris.
Bloodmobile Spokesperson Mary Kate Ridgeway said, “When the recent snow and ice bombarded us, it also meant that 13 blood drives across West Tennessee could not be held. Thus the West Tennessee Blood Center is behind about 480 pints of blood from the loss of those 13 drives.”
The bloodmobile will be in Paris from 12 noon to 6 p.m. .
All donors may register for a Gatlinburg spring trip and receive a long sleeve t-shirt.
