Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Sheriff’s Office Deputies for the Hungry program gave away a 50 caliber CVA muzzleloader and a Ruger 308 deer rifle this morning. The drawing was held on Facebook live. The winner of the muzzleloader was Brandon Bethune and the winner of the rifle was Mitch Hobby. The muzzleloader was donated by Jamie Orr of Wells Fargo Advisors and the rifle was donated by Henry County Commissioner Kreg Kyle. Each time someone donated a deer to the program this year, they received a chance to win one of these two guns. The sheriff’s office appreciates Jamie and Kreg’s support as well as all the deer hunters in Henry County that made this program such a success. The sheriff’s office was able to process 177 deer this year, which will be given away free to the public at a later date to be announced. (HCSO photo).
