Dylan Adams Accepts Plea Deal In Bobo Case

Savannah, Tenn.—Dylan Adams has accepted a plea deal in charges of first-degree murder and especially aggravated kidnapping in the death of Holly Bobo in 2010.

At today’s hearing in Hardin County, it was announced that Adams has entered a “best interest” plea of guilty on charges of facilitation of first-degree murder and especially aggravated murder.

As part of the agreement, Adams will serve 35 years in prison with no parole.

In accepting such a plea, Adams does not admit guilt, only that the plea is in the best interest of all parties. Adams cannot appeal the verdict.

Adams’ brother, Zach Adams, was convicted in the case at the end of a week-long trial last year. He was sentenced to life plus 50 years in prison. Zach Adams’ attorney has filed a motion for retrial.
