Paris, Tenn.–With the cancellation of today’s Helping Hand Radio Auction, Helping Hand organizers have decided to combine today’s items with those that will be brought Wednesday.

That means Wednesday will be an extra big day, with Security Bank and White and Associates combined combined with the Wednesday’s items to be donated by all of the other local banks: Commercial Bank, Foundation Bank, Regions Bank, First Bank and Carroll Bank and Trust.

The auction is held at the Henry County Fairgrounds and is broadcast daily on WTPR-AM 710 beginning at 12:30 p.m. and on Saturday auctions are at noon.

Auction phone is 644 1695.

Thursday’s items will be donated by the Oakland community, Junior Livestock, W.G. Rhea Library, Lee School Association and the Latter Day Saints.

Friday’s items will be donated by the Cliffty community and Clifty Village, Henry County Rescue Squad, Dialysis Clinic, and Relay for Life.

Saturday’s items will be donated by the Whitlock community and the Whitlock Volunteer Fire Department.

Each year, thousands of dollars is raised for a long list of local non-profit organizations by Helping Hand. Volunteers from local organizations donate homemade items that are auctioned off each day. Last year, Helping Hand raised $353,662.00.

As they say: Bid High And Bid Often!
