Paris, Tenn.—Paris City Manager Kim Foster said the city plans to open all its facilities at regular times in the morning.
“I hope you can throw some love out to our Public Works staff, they have worked really hard and some extremely long hours to get city streets cleaned,” she said. “They also picked up two days’ worth of trash today. I’m extremely proud of the job they’ve done, and will continue to do until everything is cleared. The BPU was a huge help as well, they spent a couple of days over the weekend helping us remove the snow “mountains” from downtown.”
