Huntingdon, Tenn.—A Carroll County Grand Jury indicted 60 individuals on a variety of charges, including two people who were charged as adults for crimes they allegedly committed as juveniles.
They are:
–Orlando Terrell Olive, charged with armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, theft of property, and aggravated assault. According to the report, Olive was one of two suspects who entered a woman’s apartment in McKenzie. Olive is charged with stealing the woman’s belongings as an accomplice held her at gunpoint and sexually assaulted her. McKenzie Police were summoned to McKenzie High School, where Olive was reportedly wearing a piece of the victim’s jewelry while in class.
–Christian Evert Magouirk, age 18, charged in the September armed robbery of a convience store in Huntingdon when he was 17 years old.
Also indicted was Tyler Kane Wright, 20, charged with aggravated assault, evading arrest, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault, driving on a revoked license, theft, domestic assault, and reckless endangerment. Wright was arrested in the Christmasville area following a high speed chase and manhunt in December in which law enforcement used ground and air searches.
The bulk of the other indictments involve drug, burglary, and DUI cases.
