Union City, Tenn.—Two men from Union City were charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping and felony reckless endangerment after they allegedly robbed another man at knifepoint Sunday.
Jonathan Vaughn, age 24, of Nash St.; and Brandon Hill, age 40, of E. Main Street, were arrested after the incident which occurred on Second Street.
The victim told officers he had gotten a ride from the two and they were supposed to take him to Kenton. He said they instead stopped on Second Street and the driver pulled a knife and told him to empty his pockets. The two took off with the victim’s cell phone, flashlight, class ring—and his silver, black and blue tie.
