Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police arrested a Mississippi truck driver following the death of a Union City man in a two-vehicle collision in Fulton County late last week.
Randall Pope, age 74, died at Region One Hospital in Memphis on Monday.
Charged in the death is Valeriy Dudarey, age 49, of Carriere, Mississppi. He will be extradited to Fulton County.
The accident occurred on Hwy. 239 and State Line Road when Dudarey’s semi disregarded a stop sign and struck Pope’s vehicle.
