Fulton, Kentucky—Three people were charged with numerous drug charges in two separate arrests in Fulton, Kentucky. Both of the incidents happened on West Highland Street.
In the first incident, Samuel Barfield Jr. of Martin was arrested when Fulton Police discovered Ecstasy pills in his car during a traffic stop.
Charges against Barfield include operating a motor vehicle while impaired, third offense; first-degree trafficking, driving on a DUI-suspended license; no insurance, and possession of an open alcohol container.
In the second incident, Shannon Potts, age 42, of Martin, and Crystal Wicker, age 37 of Union City, were arrested during a traffic stop after crystal meth was found in their vehicle.
Potts was charged with possession of meth, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia; being a persistent felony offender and improper signalling.
Wicker was charged with possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a persistent felony offender.
