Murray, Ky.—Murray Police Officer Kenny Baldwin has received the 2017 Governor’s Impaired Driving Enforcement Award. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Kentucky’s Office of Highway Safety, recognized Baldwin along with other law enforcement officers and agencies across the state that saved lives through extraordinary efforts to reduce alcohol and impaired driving.
