Inman Choir Entertains With Christmas Concert

Paris, Tenn.– The Inman Middle School Chorus Group recently performed its annual Christmas concert at the Krider Performing Arts Center in Paris.  The group is led by Chorus teacher Jessica McLeese assisted by Valerie Combs, who also serves as accompanist.
The Inman Sixth grade choral group started the performance with a medley titled, “Christmas…In About Three Minutes”, which included pieces of twenty-one different Christmas songs.  Six different holiday and winter themed songs were performed by this group.  The finale was a song titled, “Cold Snap”, that cleverly places the sounds of coughing and sneezing within the lyrics.

The Inman Seventh and Eighth grade students performed a variety of songs which started with a beautiful rendition of “Ring the Bells”.  A trio of singers, Paige Craig, Braden Clare Denman, and Amelia Hart joined voices for “There’s Still My Joy”, which tells the story of finding joy amid sadness at Christmas.  “Grinch! A Christmas Choral Medley”, started with a Bass solo from Sam Patterson, and featured soloists Teresa Palmer, Hudson Cepparulo, Becky Bray, and Ella Crighton.

The Inman Middle School Choir has had a successful school year with seven students being chosen for the All-Northwest Honor Choir.  Those students include Katie Grace Arnold, Noah Barnhart, Braden Clare Denman, Amelia Hart, Wyatt Jones, Hunter Miller, and Caris Roberson.
