Paris, Tenn.—A bunch of good elves from the Paris Quota Club loaded up snacks to be delivered this morning to the Western State Hospital in Bolivar. A total of 200 ‘goody bags’ full of snacks for both the male and female residents at the hospital will be delivered. Those gifts, along with sweat shirts that were already delivered, will be handed out by Quota members, a tradition that has been ongoing for 30 years.
