Murray, Ky. – Kentucky State Police have arrested a Murray, Kentucky man in regards to a sexual assault investigation in Tennessee. On Wednesday, December 6, KSP began efforts to locate Michael Foster in reference to a Gallatin, Tennessee warrant charging him with rape.
On Thursday, at approximately 11 a.m., KSP located Michael Foster, age 45, of Murray, Kentucky. He was arrested and charged with being a Fugitive from Another State. He was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
