Paris, Tenn.–The Paris Henry County Arts Council invites the public to the 50th Annual Community Christmas Concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 3rd at First United Methodist Church. Kick off your December with a beautiful performance of Handel’s Messiah directed by Scott Shepherd.
