A rear seat passenger, Stephanie Hill, age 46, Elizabethtown, was transported to Baptist Memorial for treatment.
The driver of the semi, George Miller, age 54 of Cottage Grove, was transported to Baptist Memorial, where he was treated and released.
According to the police report, Willie Gray was westbound on S. Everett and told officers he saw the flashing lights at the intersection, but was unsure if he had green or red lights and proceeded through the intersection, striking the semi.
Miller said he had stopped at the red light and when the light turned green, he looked both ways, proceeded through the intersection and was struck.
