Items Worth $6,989 Stolen From UC Business

Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police are investigating a burglary at Mahindra of KenTenn in which merchandise totalling $6,989 was taken.
 
Police were dispatched to the business at 2200 W. Reelfoot Ave. Monday morning and found that one of the glass entrance doors was completely shattered. As officers entered the showroom, they saw items were off the shelves and on the floor and several other items were missing from the display boxes and racks.
 
Video obtained from the store’s camera system showed two males entering the store and taking the items. Both men were wearing clothing covering their faces.
 
Items that were stolen included three Stihl trimmers; four Stihl backpack blowers; two Stihl chainsaws and a Stihl concrete chop saw.
