Murray, Ky.—The city of Murray this afternoon announced that the boil water order that was issued for the Murray Water System on Thursday morning has been lifted.
In a press release, city officials said a total coliform bacteria test was performed and all sample test results were negative.
Customers may now use water from the public water system and restaurants, health care facilities ad other similar entities should follow the specific recommendations provided by the Calloway County Health Department.
