Paris, Tenn.—Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce President Kevin Buie, right, counts down to the moment the ribbon was cut this morning at Sweet Jordan’s. A large crowd of community leaders and well-wishers were on hand for the ribbon-cutting at the new bakery and ice cream shop on Volunteer Drive. Sweet Jordan himself, Jordan St. John, was there to greet everyone. The business employs special needs personnel and already is making a difference in many people’s lives. It is owned by Brad and Tommie St. John and has already added soups and sandwiches to the menu, which features many flavors of homemade ice cream, homemade rolls, breads and cookies.
