KPAC, Paris Parks Department Wins Four Star Award

Paris, Tenn.—Krider Performing Arts Center and the Paris Parks and Recreation program have won a coveted Four Star Award presented each year by the Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association. The KPAC/Paris Parks award was given for its Young Artists Summer 2017 programming. Over the summer, KPAC produced several theatrical programs, including “Singin’ in the Rain, Jr.” and “The Lion King”.

Rhonda Stanton, KPAC Manager and Arts Programming Director, said, “It’s a tremendous blessing to have the support of the City of Paris to be able to offer quality arts programming to Paris and the surrounding area for our youth.  Besides the day-to-day operations of KPAC, I am blessed to be able to dream up and enact arts programming ideas and doubly-blessed that we have talented staff to inspire and instruct our young folks.”
