Union City, Tenn.—The Obion County Public Library will hold a Halloween kids’ party from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, October 28, in the library park.
Children ages 0-12 can enjoy prizes, crafts, snacks and games for free.
The movie “Hocus Pocus” will be shown after the party.
