Mayfield Couple Arrested For Meth, Other Charges

 
 
Mayfield, Ky.  Troopers with the Mayfield Post of the Kentucky State Police took two local people into custody for various drug charges, including possession of meth, during a traffic stop.
 
Trooper J. Luckett stopped a passenger car around 11 p.m. Tuesday in the city of Mayfield for a traffic violation.  During the course of the stop, Trooper S. Burgess arrived to assist.  A search of the vehicle was conducted and various drugs, paraphernalia, and a large amount of cash was located.
 
The driver of the vehicle, William D. McCampbell, age 31, of Mayfield, Kentucky was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on a Suspended License, and No Tail Lamps.
The passenger of the vehicle, Kimberly R. Hendrickson, age 36, of Mayfield, Kentucky was arrested and charged with Frist Degree Trafficking of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Second Degree Trafficking of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Possession of Marijuana, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.  She was also arrested for an outstanding bench warrant in a 2016 Graves County District Court case.
Both were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
