Martin, Tenn.—The suspect in the passing of counterfeit money in Union City and Fulton is now being sought in Martin.
Weakley County Crime Stoppers has released a surveillance photo of the suspect taken Wednesday at the Wal-Mart in Martin. They are asking the public’s assistance identifying him. He also is wanted in Union City and Fulton for passing counterfeit $20 bills at the Wal-Marts there.
Wal-Mart personnel have identified the man in the photo as passing over $500 in counterfeit money at Wal-Mart in Martin. This subject entered Wal-Mart on 10/18/2017. The subject was also driving a silver car and is a subject of interest in the Union City and Fulton incidents. He is a black male, was wearing white tennis shoes, blue jeans and a dark blue Kentucky hooded sweatshirt.
