Paris, Tenn.—Milling was begun early this morning in Whitehall Circle, with paving to follow either tomorrow or in the next few days. Paris street department personnel are busy with other milling/paving jobs around the city, including Daniel Cove and Volunteer Drive (milling and paving) and Avalon Dr., Whiskey Ridge, Jean St., Mockingbird (just paving).
