Paris, Tenn.—It won’t be long now. The new traffic signals at the intersection of Volunteer and Jim Adams Drives will soon be fully operational. Workers were testing the new signals this morning. City officials said the signals will begin flashing this week and will flash for seven days before becoming fully operational. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
