Union City, Tenn.—Sarah Kissell was crowned Obion County CornFest Queen today. And if that name sounds familiar, it’s because she also was crowned Obion County Fairest of the Fair this year. She is the daughter of Shawn and Billie Kissell.
Other pageants winners are: Teen Miss CornFest Briley Coffey; Junior Miss CornFest Hayden Swaim; and Little Miss CornFest Josie Allen.
A full slate of activities will be ongoing all next week at CornFest 2017, including the Farmer Jason performance at the Obion County Library on Tuesday; Pride of Obion County luncheon on Wednesday; Chalk Art contest Thursday. Saturday is a full day, with train rides, car show, corn eating and corn shucking, bed races, and cornhole tournament.
