Dover, Tenn.—State Senator Mark Green has announced that TDOT has agreed a stop light needs to be placed at the Trace intersection in Dover, which has been the scene of numerous serious accidents. The intersection is in front of McDonald’s and near the entrance of the LBL and was the scene of another serious accident this week in which the involved cars burst into flames.
Green said he is holding a town hall meeting to discuss the process with TDOT officials. The meeting will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, September 15, at Dover City Hall.
Green invited everyone to come to the meeting to hear about the plan and share their views.
