Paris, Tenn.—Monday will be a big day at the Henry County Fair, with entries accepted for adults and youth in the morning, the pageants to resume in the evening and two other events that are sure to please also set for the evening: a Pet Show to be emceed by Mike Wilson and a corn hole tournament.
No admission fees will be charged at the gates at the fair. A fee will be charged to ride the rides at the carnival.
The first cash giveaway of the fair will be Monday night, with the cash machine set up in the Commercial Building. People grab as much money as they can as a fan blows it around inside the machine. The cash giveaway will be held immediately after the pageants.
And, the carnival will also be open starting at 5 p.m. The carnival had been set to open on Tuesday, but East Coast Amusement arrived early and asked whether they could set up early. The carnival has been set up since Saturday night.
The Kids Farm Zone also will be set up every night on the back porch of the Community Building—lots of fun games to play there.
