Paris, Tenn.–The carnival at the Henry County Fair will be open tonight at 5 p.m. The carnival had not been scheduled to open until Tuesday, but East Coast Amusement showed up yesterday and asked if they could set up. The carnival opened last night and will be open again tonight–and Monday night. No gate admission, but fees will be charged for rides. $20 armbands to ride the rides all night.
