Buchanan, Tenn.—Theresa Porter of Henry, top photo, didn’t want to miss any of today’s Solar Eclipse, watching it in its entirety at Paris Landing State Park earlier today. Some 400 others were on hand to view the once-in-a-lifetime event from the state park, too. The park provided food, music, eclipse glasses, free moon pies, a Birds of Prey demonstration and games. Air Evac 123 of Henry County landed at the site and gave tours of the helicopter for the public. (Shannon McFarlin photos).
