Martin, Tenn.—A Martin man has been arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, burglary and theft after another person’s property was found in his shed.
Martin Police and Martin Fire Departments responded to a structure fire at 417 N. McCombs St., Friday, and found that a pressure washer, metal ladder and handgun belonging to the resident of the house were missing.
The gun had been taken from the home and the pressure washer and ladder were taken from a shed.
The property later was found at the home of Mark Milan, age 46, of Martin, and he was arrested.
