McKenzie Man Critical With Multiple Gunshot Wounds

McKenzie, Tenn.—A McKenzie man is in critical condition after he was shot multiple times early Sunday morning.
Bryan Michael Townes, age 31, was transported by ambulance to McKenzie Regional Hospital before he was airlifted to a hospital in Nashville, where he was admitted in critical condition.
The suspect in the case is still at large and the McKenzie Police ask for the public’s help in its investigation.
According to the McKenzie Police news release, Townes was shot in a home on Walnut Circle. Both McKenzie Police and 911 received calls around 12:40 a.m. informing them of shots fired in Walnut Circle.
Upon arrival, officers found Townes bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds. Townes was conscious, but the police report indicates he had trouble communicating due to the gunshot wounds to his face.
